By using Globelya you accept these terms. 1. Account — you are responsible for credentials and data you provide. 2. Services — Globelya connects guests and partners (stays, mobility, real estate, visas, etc.). Some steps are handled by clearly identified licensed professionals. 3. Bookings & payments — amounts in EUR. Stay payments run via Stripe when configured. Cancellations follow listing rules. 4. Partners — listings are moderated. Globelya may suspend accounts for fraud or policy breaches. 5. Liability — Globelya is not a law firm or a bank. Liability is limited to amounts collected for the relevant service. 6. Governing law — Portuguese law; disputes preferably before competent courts in Portugal.

Controller: Globelya. Data: identity, contact, case documents, booking/lead history, technical logs. Purposes: contract performance, support, legal compliance, service improvement. Legal bases: contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation, consent (cookies/marketing if enabled). Retention: as long as needed for the file, then limited archive. GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection — via My account or contact@globelya.com. Transfers: processors (hosting, email, Stripe) under appropriate safeguards.
